Was hired on as a contractor over a year ago and was verbally promised FTE. What I am witnessing is a joke. The team they “flattened” is trying to cya and only making matters worse. Bosses complain because they have “so many meetings” but refuse to delegate to others. As a contractor I have proposed so many lean initiatives only to be silenced by the “manager” between me and the VP. Why does Humana try to create fear with titles

Well wait, once the contractor shared his story, deeply smelling the associates' p-o and doing, a RCA of what they ate is a ticket for associate. I heard an ATOS guy got into machine and deep learning because of perfect p-o RCA just by sniffing!
By this, Humana ensures you can do RCA. Solving failures in software and doing RCA is not as important as p-o RCA.
Only way for a contractor to become an associate is to drink/eat your managers liquid, semi-solid and solid creatas(get it?) every time they visit toilet/water closet/restroom.
Also, contractors should regularly lick toles(get it?) of managers/other associates to become associates.
Contractors get brownie points would be to inhale associates tart(get it?).
Go to a better (different) organization... you'll thank yourself later.
