Hahahahaha …. Nobody in Oregon makes more than Nike contractors ! Take a bunch of incompetent people, add lots of money, remove accountability and tadaaa : Very happy contractors!

They are ridiculous buildings, and we don't even want to be in them.
Construction projects often times result in disputes, especially when large scale and complex. There are client / architect / contractor disagreements regarding specifications, installations, performance, and resulting change orders and schedule delays. These take time to sort through. During this process, it is common practice to temporarily without payment or negotiate partial settlements. I have zero inside knowledge on any disputes regarding the campus expansion or remodel scopes. But I wouldn’t rush to judgement and put this on Nike as the guilty party here.
