there is nothing to say that hasn't been said already. FB needs to go...end of story

32 or 42? I digress.
Now that the 32 Grand Openings have completed, and a fake happy picture of every nook and cranny of the new BH office has been posted ad-nauseum on LinkedIn, the hundreds of HR staff in the office have nothing left to do except walk around the building socializing and drinking coffee.
All you see in BH when on calls with team mates is people socializing and walking around with coffee. Seems very little work gets done. Confirmed by my teammates at BH who say it’s a horrible environment noisy and yes a lot of non work related co-located doing nothing going on. They hate it were more productive at home and didn’t have two hours commute minimum and the expense.
I too seriously enjoy my job. I keep hoping and praying for executive turnover. However, with OFD cronies seemingly in almost all leadership positions, I think I need to let that dream die and pack up and ship out.
It was fun while it lasted. Most my friends have either left or been RIF’ed anyway so I won’t miss too many coworkers that have kept me here over the years.
Implying voices on here are "in the minority" is complete BS. This is the only place where people can be honest without fear of retribution. Execs have a panic attack anytime someone responds without a-s-kissing
Some of the October layoffs were those who had that "18 month notice", but were then given accelerated separation dates (i.e. earlier than the December date)...not clear how many, but there were some in that scenario.
"He also said, a lot of these recent layoffs were notified 18 months ago when given the option to relocate"
Interesting because everyone I know was given either a 6/30 or 12/31 end date and that doesn't correspond with Sep/Oct/Nov layoffs
Frank was on a rally call today and sounds like he is taking a page out of Elon's book, work harder, longer and do it all from the office.
He also said, a lot of these recent layoffs were notified 18 months ago when given the option to relocate.
I'll be abundantly honest.
I love what I do for a living, I love most of the clients I serve.
I just find the leadership team I work for absolutely despicable.
If they have another "grand opening" at BH where they once again try to convince me that the office is my "new home" and the company is my "family" I'm gonna lose it
Clueless people posting. I worked remote for 5 years for Fiserv. I worked harder than when I was in an office and I worked hard in an office. I didn’t take breaks, worked through lunch and overtime every week. I worked holidays including New Years Day and late nights. So put a sock in it already.
I was busy working from home, aka watching cartoons and eating cereal on my couch.
Remember, thers are only 200 malcontents. Everyone is boarding the rocket ship.
Employees are busy looking for new jobs.
