Help with a Q

Have You Had Any Pay Adjustments in 2021 and 2022?

Hello All - I work in the IT department of a Fortune 500 company who is not a competitor. I wanted to see if I can learn what other Fortune 500 companies did in 2021 and 2022 in terms of adjusting pay due to rising inflation.
My company did nothing so far and people are upset, we are being told that we are being paid the market wages and that we have low attrition and that therefore people are not upset and are happy to stay.
I've heard that many Fortune 500 companies had pay adjustments in 2021 and 2022 and I wanted to share that information with our ELT regardless of the BS they are feeding us.
Anyhow, please share if your org had any adjustments during 2021 and 2022 - I and I am sure orther layoffs.com visitors would appreciate that.
Thanks...

Raises have to be earned at Ford Motor Company. They are not simply handed out. Not like the Union cheats...

I feel like I'm making less now than I did in 2019. Ford had refused to address this except with several rounds of layoffs.

To accommodate for inflationary issues Ford chose to follow the bone-us path. We've been boned with effective real-world pay cuts due to annual adjustments that were well below the rate of inflation. Typical 2-3% range that was the norm back when that was the reported inflation rate. Of course that's led to the competent and motivated people heading off to greener pastures.

Ford does not adjust for inflation. Annual raises are steady around 3%, which is a joke

Ditto for me although I had 21 years.

No adjustments in 2021. The only “adjustment” in 2022 was being terminated after 39 years.
