Bonuses will be down this year depending upon bands. The lower the band number, the higher percentage being reduced.
Raise 1.5 to 2%. Bonus 150 shares over 3 years
I expect about 1%. That way, when I get 1.5% I am happy about it.
Popularity contest and who kisses backsides the most. Or if you are of a diverse background you will definitely get $$$
Expect little to nothing so you won’t be disappointed. All depends on your manager and where you roll up and how you are valued. Sadly, it is almost never fair.
