At this point, I think I would most like to see a change in wages, although I assume that another salary adjustment will not happen anytime soon. On a larger scale, Ford needs a lot of changes if it's in the leadership's interest to prevent the company from failing.

Change Ownership of Company
As Ford becomes more part of our government run society it will not matter much what we want to see as the changes will not necessarily be for our benefit. The coming changes will solidify the government/business 'alliance' and ['fash-ism'] will dictate what is manufactured for whom. The 'Families' will be allowed to keep their castles and estates and an illusion of freedom is about all we will have left. Thank you mo--nic amerikan sheeple for your personal ignorance and greed.
I’d like to see a huge cultural shift to a non-toxic environment where people embrace transparency and work together to problem solve, promoting the best candidate and care about developing people vs finger pointing, one upping, back stabbing, protecting fiefdoms, nepotism, promoting friends and family, self interest and an overall lack of mgmt skills.
I would like to see a change to being the manufacturer of quality vehicles that the average person can afford to buy, that might also sell some extra stuff on the side to all the satisfied customers.
I want to see Farley on the bread lines. Doug shown the door. Bill retire and move to San Francisco.
Santa, please bring me all this for Christmas.
The F150 has grown out of its mass appeal as an affordable vehicle. We need vehicles that you can honestly recommend to your friends and family. A world car that we break even on that is rock solid no frills 100K warranty. We talk of quality but never put our money where our mouth is. It's a toss my salad kind of deal you get after your warranty runs out.
