Hans destroyed Verizon by creating division in the workforce via the typical leftist tactic of race baiting ( CRT, ESG etc..). The final straw was when he attacked GA’s voter integrity bill which he obviously never read. He should just run for office as a Socialist politician and leave running the business to actual business people who know how to build teams and get things done.

The survey is another way for the company to determine who to rif. Most certainly Mckinsey and company use it also to remove the over 50, longer term, highly compensated workers who care, work long hours, have opinions on how to fix things, state issues (with solutions) - but the company doesn't care at all. Just a numbers game. It doesn't matter how hard you work, value to the business, innovation etc. Move on if you can.
Current VP of wireless called out his Assoc Directors bc of bad results a yr ago. All the bad comments about poor systems, etc were just reflections on their bad leadership. Just shows these surveys are just for show and they dont care as long as they get their inflated bonus. Quota’s up over 155% now bc “we have FWA and so many other things to sell.” Meanwhile they keep re writing the Scorecard metrics to get rid of long term/high salary employees.
Surveys are pointless since people feel, corporate will just twist the results to make it worse, they will get in trouble for bad results ,or someone in their management chain will.
What’s this rumor about HV and Venmo?
Pulse survey is just part of the esg and dei requirements. Everyone always gives a better score because we know they are tracking his each of answer.
I trust Hans and Andy only
No sh-t Sherlock
Hans is a brilliant leader who is taking the company into a bright future.
I thought the Pulse survey was collected prior to the layoff announcement, so that it wouldn’t color the results?
Pulse survey results don’t mean anything…or do they? Maybe to Hans and Sam so they can say Verizon cares about its employees thanks to Gallup but deep down inside we know they both could give a rats you know what about us employees.
I trust Hans & the senior management as much as I trust gas station sushi.....
