anyone knows how a person could rotate multiple roles super fast (<2 years, 2 years max)?

I saw a HiPo stay in a position long enough for his terrible arrogant decisions to be blamed on him.
VP called supervisor and instructed verbally that not allowed to mention any of the catastrophes in his EADS or in ranking discussion.
That’s what they do with HiPos. Never leave them in a role long enough to be accountable for their decisions. Never leave them in a role long enough that anyone expects them to produce value. On they are new so still learning then off they go.

Why confine yourself to rotating? Try some up and down movement. Then, take it to the extreme by combining torsional rotation with vertical displacement, simultaneously.

Yes. Just sit on it and start to rotate slowly. Try to build as much momentum as possible until you are effortlessly rotating.
