Let’s us all remember to give thanks for what we have and what is truly important. And also to also remember that all of us are more than just Ford employees past and present.
Moreover, if you were SISP’d this year, as was I, you have a lot to offer still, and if you choose to continue to work, you can find employment elsewhere, end your Ford career is not the end. I have found employment in a less toxic work environment, and you can and will, as well.
