It's an open secret that management respects people who quiet quit aka set their own work-life boundaries. The people that bust their necks are usually the first to be layed off.

For employees, not much maybe for Actual members there is usually some good. It's not all negative..
I guess you could say they've eradicated food insecurity in the C-suite.
And, they certainly didn't contribute to inflation with the raises given in 2022.
Beyond that, not much.
I quiet quit this place last year. It seems most of my team has.
If there was ever a place to Quirt Quit it would be here.
Simple answer: Nothing
