Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

No transparency

I haven't been here long, but I've been around long enough to notice that it's impossible to expect transparency here. It creates a lot of stress.

Was transparency always missing here, or was the leadership more aware of the importance of employee trust in the past?

every team is trying to hide and no one know what they doing until they got fired. TMO leadership, please look into this.

There is no transparency whatsoever in TMO. Even with regard to the build up of the network, teams work in silos. No team member would know what the other teams are doing, it seems that is the policy of tmo. Not good.

I would take as garbage in and garbage out when leadership is taking, this apply to all teams in TMobile
