Do not get upset, it is what it is, business as usual.
Remember, UAW get their bonus based on NA performance, everybody else the bonus will be a function of how good (?) / bad (more likely) China, Europe, South America markets do. Also, this time, all LL5's and above are covered with a significant bonus regardless of the financials given last year leak to the media about their bonus package.
At a UNSE retirement party, a LL5 who retired gave a somber picture of upcoming bonuses for white collar. 1st UAW (to avoid strikes), 2nd LL5+ (according to JF they are the heart of Ford). GSR should expect no more than 2% salary increase for most of them. Only select few will get 5+% salary increase, mainly those FCG's in the fast track.

My merit last year was 6%. What is this 2% you speak of? My bonus was 140% of 108%.

Add more value.

I am so sick of reading stuff like this before I get ready to vintage race. Makes me want to get rid of another 5000.

Didn't you get the message back in the spring that AICP goal "wasn't meant" to be paid out at 100% and they declared the default to be 90% for GSRs in the event all the AICP metrics were met. So for GSR8 that nominal goal of $9.50k is really just $8.55k, but don't worry about that since I'm pretty sure they'll be looking for a way to not pay any out this year to GSRs if they can.
