If it can't be offshored the offshore will be brought here. As fewer of our own have dignified employment and money to spend the pyramid will collapse.

It's called offshoring. Used by big corporation to justify that the skill needed for the position is not available in the U.S. and requires foreigners to backfill this critical role. Hence cheap labor to do the same job while increasing the bottom line of corporate America.
