THEY CAN LAYOFF LAYER 2 PROVISIONING EEOC HIRES. ALIEN, TEXAS.
The Rumor mill in upstate NY is that Frontier laid off the entire network provisioning department a couple a weeks ago to network automation.
Rumor #2 - NY technicians were offered a buyout package. The Upstate technicians were also rebadged to outside vendor but are using the Frontier logo trucks. Techs are driving 2 hours of windshield time. Welcome to !he world of US outsourcing.

Layoff.com keeps removing the face that the sale of Verizon FiOS to Frontier was during the Obama FCC. I have forwarded a copy of all transmittals to my elected representatives in Washington D.C. as further proof of “shadowbanning” .

As far a Field Operations goes, a lot of brand new homes sitting vacant with no buyers in California, Texas and Florida. I thought Texas did a good job not over hiring. California over hired. Scary times! You’re going to see force realignments in California to beach cities. 😩😫😤
All the state level directors can go as well. Worthless.
They need to dig deep into the dead weight “engineers” and middle “managers”. Wait a waste of company dollars.
