Layoffs were delayed until this coming week. CEO Way had some last minute adjustments to who was added to the layoff list. HR War Room has been full of activity this weekend at Spring HQ. Most curious about layoff packages being offered. Do they offer packages anymore and stuff?
All jokes aside. I did hear two directors talking about layoffs this morning by the coffee bar. Final plans coming together it sounds like. What a tough scene. Right before Christmas of all times.

Spoiler alert. Layoff lite to happen by 12/15/22. Have it on great (not good) authority. The grinch is gonna take our Christmas cheer away. Bah humbug.
We are knee deep into layoff planning for 2023. I’m with the newly formed HR “change management”. Mr Way sought me ought from CHK and I brought several others here. It is our job to plan the layoffs - from the “war room”, to the diversity numbers, ageism, you name it. One thing Mr. Way has told us that’s important to him. Aggie rings vs the rest. We shall have more Aggie rings per capita than any other oil and gas entity. Red flag one might think? Unethical one might thing? Nah. I wear that Aggie ring with pride. After all we beat dem Tigers from Louisiana. There you have it and stuff.
