Claims employees were subjected to personality tests. We were told our score would determine if we would be laid off. This was in the beginning of the pandemic. This was not because of the pandemic. This was because of greed. They subjected us to enormous stress and those who were left were told to be grateful. Allstate treated us like dirt. Now they are at it again. Beware!!

I didn't forget. I'm not worried at all this time because the job market is much better. I'll find out next month if I'm laid off. If I am ill gladly take the severence and find a new job. If not I will still probably leave because this is the second time in 3 years allstate has shown they don't value employees combined with outsourcing entire departments
