Dec 12th … Lists of FTE’s or Teams?

A lot of comments about lists being finalized for the upcoming LR. Past LR’s have involved providing a list of FTE’s to meet a desired budget cut based on redundancy within teams. I believe this LR is different. It’s rebalancing the entire company to achieve our strategy. This would seem to indicate entire teams will be let go. What do you think? Any proof to the contrary and individuals will be added to lists as has been done previously?

Same old. Directors have had to provide lists weeks ago.

I spoke to my manager. And he was telling me that it is the whole team that’s going to be gone. Not individual. Well I take it with a pinch of salt as well.

Experience told us that this one will have no difference than those in the past, just watch. Maybe you are new and have not had one(s) before. We are saving money and most of the hiring mgr will say that LRed employee did not have the skills they were looking for or the levels (Grade level) won't match.
