Keeping with the theme of Thanksgiving, Thank you to the GSSO SLT for your decisions that have made it easier for customers to choose us. Here are our highlights of what we are thankful for.
The Gold Rush created so much distrust with your sellers that they either have little motivation, are considering leaving, or left. The lack of accountability for Gold Rush by the leadership re-enforced that leadership does not take responsibility. Sellers are NOT motivated to lean in and sell with that type of leadership and culture.
Imitation is best form of flattery and hiring your Sales and Engineering VPs from us is another thing for us to be thankful for. Their org was under performing when they were here so do you think the #1 security company is going to want them. Don’t be fooled by one’s fake bad attitude cause it is all a show to compensate for lack of real executive leadership.
The push to C2E and Agile TSA was a huge success for us here at PAN in several ways. We continue to tell our customers that Cisco is moving to this and will not have dedicated Security Engineers and they will change for every project / opportunity with your pooled model of C2E and Agile TSA. Customers wants technical relationships too along with sales relationships and realize Cisco Security is not staffing that way. We are making sure customers know that you are not hiring which indicates you are not investing in security or in customers.
Your former customers have all stated you all have no expense budget to take them anywhere or do anything with them. Great that the GSSO SLT is spending doing all these internal meetings and traveling but can’t give the sellers expense budgets. We are entertaining them and winning.
