Yes. Supervisor communicated raise and RSUs on Friday. A number of us found out on Friday. Some were not in the office but supervisor still called and communicated.

My manager told me they were supposed to find out Friday so will likely begin next week.

Communication always starts in early December. Folks on this site don’t seem to have very little inside knowledge, very unlikely they actually work for ExxonMobil.

Yes. They say everytime someone in LI ask about salary/raises. It gets pushed pack another month. They estimated 86 years until communication will be received
They have been “communicating” with us our worth over the past few years. It is sad it takes this much external pressure from inflation to get the company to share from the recent bounty of profits with the employees.
