My manager persistently tries to make us think that everything is fine here, that there are no issues, etc. Isn't that ridiculous?
Instead of looking for solutions, they persist in the delusion that this place hasn't gotten too bad. It is bad not only for employees, but also for clients who, in my opinion, are becoming increasingly dissatisfied.

You manager is absolutely correct. Everything is fine - as long as you are not an associate or client.
Plastics are in a meltdown…SLAs missed big time…those in charge make big decisions and big bucks…hmmm what could that root cause be?
Nobody below the FB directs level has any say... they are just as demoralized & waiting for their contracts to end before they fly the coup
