Thread regarding Mondelez International Inc. layoffs

Why people keep making great efforts?

Yep, it's failing miserably, and we're all miserable.
All I can say is let's hope their plan is to end this. Sometimes I'm not 100% sure what the plan is. Ending it would be merciful.
I'm doing 20% over prior year on my objective, but not hitting my number or receiving a bonus.
Honestly, could this be their plan???

have him put request in writing, plain and simple. If he wants to work off the clock, have at it. Zero chance I'd be doing that....

I’d record or share where your dm is asking you to work off the clock, oh he-l no! I charge overtime by the minute!

Yep. Where I at we can't even get product out of our branch in manassas va. Which used to be one of the top selling branches in the country and is now the worst since the layoffs but yet the dm is coming to the asking why we can't hit our numbers passing the buck back onto the reps. Then he wants us to work off the clock. To make sure the f.t.o.w are writing/ sending correct orders it's one big sh-t show
