It seems like a lot of Outstanding rankings and NI listed here. Are Good/Very Good being under reported a just quite quitting? Or looking for new jobs ?

Someone I know got PIP and a raise. They were only NI but still got the PIP

Few years ago someone NSI and PIP still got 2%.

Dunno why it happens but it does.

I don’t think PIPed individual will get any salary increase or treatment.

@4pau+

There isn't a lot of joy or meaning to be found working at EM, but there is money. That's what people care about.

Look elsewhere for self actualization.

Seriously?

Are you asking what is it out there beyond being driven by fear of loosing your job and by how much you make????

How about being driven by doing something meaningful that you actually enjoy and with people you actually respect?

PATHETIC

What are we supposed to care about if not salaries and layoffs?

So sad that the two most popular posts here are those related to PIPs and those related to salary increases.

And this is what EM became: an army of crushed souls with only two concerns:

  1. PIP or not PIP?
  2. what's my salary increase.

PATHETIC.

If you are in the 20s%, I presume it just means you have been below your salary curve for a couple of years. Happy for everyone in that category. But just remember that the size of those raises come with questions of their own.

O, CL 28, YEE 23, 8% and 400 RSUs. Just keeping up with inflation blows and so I told manager. Next thing you know tornado bjs were added as consolation bonus. Highly recommend
