Start looking. It's better out here. In a place where people get along and CARE about each other. Don't wait for your 'check' or your 'severance' - it's not worth it. We're hitting the end of the year, companies are going to hire less and less over the next 4 months specifically. Do you really want to be out in the cold in Dec/Jan with no options?

HR in tech know that layoffs are a life cycle of business anymore. It isn't a red flag and being from Fiserv isn't either.

I don't think Fiserv on resume is black mark. Those close enough to know the name, know the rot is coming from the top.
I applied for 4 jobs last week, didn’t hear anything yet. I think mentioning you have Fiserv experience is like a poison dart
