I continue to see our best people resign in both the USA and India and who can blame them! Surely the data Dallas is looking at shows this. Did our CEO and board short our stock? What is going on?

apparently the attrition data that Dallas looks at is 6 months behind at least. I'm in a non-US site, one exec came to our site in 2021, and he was surprised (or appeared to be) to hear the attrition numbers. HR here also says there's no one in HR to generate the data anymore, as HR is heavily cut and outsourced
Looks like we are losing world class talent from India xD
