Shall be very surprised if the same does not happen at Cisco. I work in Sales at Cisco UK and I simply do not see where the numbers are going to come from. Just not enough business. Rubbish products, licensing more complex than rocket science, incoming recession ( UK is well on the way) etc. are not going to help. Cutting our bonuses and salaries have already been done. The ELT and their coveted Directors and managerial fat layers are not going to take a pay cut themselves. Only option left is LRs and forced ERs.
