You have zero voice and if you have not been around in the circle of trust small bad group of management you Will be let go. The company has bad products, no focus and will fall apart. Service is the worst in any company on the planet. They sell you on false promises and tell you it will get better..come on we all know its not and the senior leaders are a joke except a few. Good luck to you that think it will pass and things will be better…. Lol. I am sooo glad to be gone the place is a joke

Only Berkley can get organized. Any other location will get closed down.
It's been going downhill since the "merger". No sign of stopping.
If you're a customer, in your contract you need to specify monetary penalties for SLAs/deadlines for issues to be resolved or features to be available.
Without such penalties written in your contract, you'll be taken for a ride. Even with the penalties, you still won't see any change, but at least you'll be getting something out of the deal.
To the employees-- you can stage a walkout without a union, you know. Pick a date and hype the cr-p out of it.
