Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

The same thing happens again

The best get cut. The worst somehow survive. That says a lot about the future of this company...

Some of the best people in the company started leaving last year on their own. It’s been said the good people of a company are the canary in the coal mine. When they started leaving last year it should have been the signal to everyone it was time to go.

The fuel page is being renamed fumes. There is nothing left in this but a shell of a former company led by a fascist dictator

People are leaving by the boat load in FTS right now. Full remote workers in FTS are at severe risk.

Cards is being impacted as new in charge thinks everyone is useless except him and he is building/surrounding himself with incompetent leadership around him.. God know what will happen and what else in store.. 9 out of 10 are updating their resumes those who are left...

It’s called the Dead Sea effect. We saw the beginnings in parts of Cards right around the pandemic and amazingly nobody asked why people were leaving. It’s worse when the talented people aren’t leaving by choice. I know a ton of products that are running on absolute fumes for lack of people to keep the wheels on.

I think the best are voluntarily leaving, at least in FTS.
