I've been here for a little over a year and I've already been through several rounds of layoffs. This is not normal and it should not be considered normal. A good, well-functioning company doesn't need to resort to cuts in personnel every few months. I now believe that accepting Fiserv's offers was the biggest mistake of my career.

FB has crushed this company’s reputation…they won’t get people to want to come work here…not a career place anymore… those days are gone.
First Data was the same way. Why on earth anyone thought FB was a good CEO for what was the best Financial Services company in the US is beyond me. He and his band are just wreckers of companies.
Yep, time to GTFO of there.
That’s Frank’s MO. As an ex FD employee I knew as soon as he came in the same thing was going to happen. Yet he can dump his Fiserv stock and make 76 million dollars while taking people’s livelihood away. There are no bounds to the greed of this man.
Run.
If I were you, I'd leave ASAP.
I am sorry you feel this way.
This is why so many people post on this board, we try to warn people and we have been effective because the corporate sponsored posts occur here frequently. Notice how they are quiet right now with all of the cuts. It truly is a shame how this once great company is being run.
