My longtime colleague who was a great employee and who really loved his job could no longer bear the pressure and left. A lot could be written about how much he was constantly criticized for no reason whatsoever. In his place is now a person who is not competent at all but despite the shortcoming does not get criticized. I wouldn't be surprised if he started climbing the corporate ladder very quickly.

This company continues to promote incompetent and non qualified mofos . I know this sounds crazy but the less you do and care will get you promoted. I have seen it for years here. I have managers that can't speak English and lack all the skills of a leader. I feel ashamed and embarrassed to be apart of this company. I used to care but now I don't. I am just showing up and using all my sick days until something better comes along.
Again, this is the new way of laying off by micro-management. They have been trying this shlit for years on me and I just laugh at these mutherfockas. You can't feed into it or they will make you miserable. I just continue to f-kc up on purpose and they just leave me alone. This company is run by incompetent ba----ds starting from the blockhead CEO.
