Every “leader” in this company is a right place, right time nincompoop who has risen far above their level of ability. They are neither knowledgeable, capable, or aware enough to actively prevent a union. They are the literal reason we have arrived at this point in the first place. These folks can’t get anything done without pushing it off on their underlings. Unionize T-Force, then go for the rest.
