I used to be inspired by my peers, but lately I am d-mbfounded by their actions. All my mentors have left already. I will not learn anything by remaining at this company, I have to leave now.

You get what you paid for. Can't hire people when we had higher standards so Fiserv forcibly lowered standards and and now your coworkers are the ones that couldn't get a job anywhere else for obvious reasons.
You can say in your interview that you are the #1 employee in your department.
Leave fast before they let you go.. our exit day is written, it is matter of time..
Fact - they are letting go of people in BH too..
