Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Massive DNA Layoffs

DNA is is circling the drain. Most tenured employees left when they were told to move to Frisco, Alpharetta or Berkeley Heights if they wanted their jobs. So they left and found better jobs. Mass exits. New hires are struggling. Many aren’t even from the banking industry. There is no one left to train them or mentor them. No one.
You ask for an update? There’s no one who knows the answer. They are reviewing and will get back to you.
You escalate your issue? There’s hundreds ahead of it. Staff is overwhelmed as are their managers.
You demand a call to discuss your issue? Guess a gain?
Client Svcs has 7000 cases and counting…
Inspite if this, they continue to make deep cuts. Now they have eliminated your Service Partners role. Your only connection to service and development, your only advocate.
The titanic is sinking, the band is still playing and there aren’t enough life jackets to go around. Glug, glug, glug

Were any DNA Prof Services guys laid off in India? Which city? I might have an opportunity to hire them for some banking client I work with directly.

More layoffs are occurring. I jumped the ship and glad I did company used to be hood but Frank Bisagnano has destroyed the culture.
Clients should pack it in, end their contracts with all those issues pending and no answers.

I know one DNA person leaving Fiserv on her own terms. It's good to see someone doing it to Fiserv and not the other way around. I know others in DNA that Fiserv released this week amd they are in my thoughts and prayers.

3 new guys hired in the last few months in DNA Professional Services. Zero DNA experience, but hey - they live near Berkeley Heights.
No non-client paid travel means all their “training” will be remote and via video. No shadowing senior consultants. A raw deal for them - at least until the department is cut, anyway.
