@1svw+1je6eC0k I’m starting to formulate a theory. They’re changing the policy ahead of another mass layoff or next years’ NSI mandates because they want to make sure firing another 10% of the workforce doesn’t cost an additional average of 4 weeks’ pay on top of sh---y severance the company pays out
