Thread regarding Cenovus Energy layoffs

I was wondering how many people who post on here are being honest in filling out the employee survey or would you be too afraid for your job? They can get pretty far down into the organization to the team level is my understanding and still call it anonymous. It would seem it’s your one opportunity to actually stand up for yourself vs complain on this message board.
