Latest episode of "influencers with Andy Serwer", Dirk talks of the two fronts where Mondelez faces problems....one he blames on the US economy and the second is.....workforce related. Can you imagine if employees liked working at Mondelez and they didn't have a revolving door? Retention is where its at, that would solve the issue. Instead they management issues that are a joke, lazy managers that put more stress on field sales. Merchandisers have to quit to get a day off!
Plenty of companies operate outside the US. Maybe Dirk ought to take his company elsewhere, nobody here appreciates the abusive treatment of his management team.

Wow, a little testy are you? Too damn bad! Management stinks! They make up rules as they go...."do this for me and I got your back". "Send in another $5,000 and next month I'll give you an easy objective"..I hear this all the time. No thanks. If a rep needs help, get off your lazy bu-t and help them, that is your job after all. When you don't see your boss for over a year, there's a problem.
