Frank had us count the number of cars in the parking lot of the Long Island NY office on Fridays to make the point that too many people weren’t showing up. This was just before Sapiance. He seemed to have an issue with the people there. Of course the site was closed and some long service people in their 60’s needed to commute over 2 hours each way to work in Jersey City until they could retire. It was sad to see them come out of the train in the morning looking beaten before they even got into work.

Frank also used the term forced ranking on a call several years ago yet it’s supposed to be meritocracy. Place is a joke! His cronies get big bucks and the workhorses with knowledge get the scraps. We need Jeff Yabuki back so maybe the stock will get out of the toilet bowl. Frank = stock ain’t going anywhere. If it ever hits 110 again sell sell sell.
Now he counts sheets of toilet paper in the stalls. If too much is used, people aren’t spending enough time at their desks
It is not his generation that defines him, it is mindset.
Could have gone outside counted the cars, added 200 and reported that. Was he going to come count them himself?
