We are getting hosed. Oct goals are 20 percent over last year. Getting less than half of the holiday product from last year. Cant get Ritz, cant get Premium. LMAO

Well, we want good managers, fair schedules and objectives, and reasonable workloads.

I’d love to know what chimp figures these numbers out.
They used to be some what of a challenge to hit, but doable, now they either way too high or too low. August, most of us on the team got barely into the 90s. Last month we all got 105-115%. I heard they lowered the % cap again.
