We are so fortunate to have genius businessmen and women running this company. Everyone in management is doing phenomenal work! I love working here, and believe that mission 1 has made us the best company in DSD! So sad to see so many people on here complaining because they actually have to do their jobs. I am so proud to work for this company, and love the atmosphere, co workers, and management. We have a bright future ahead of us here at Mondelez International! And I am so excited to be apart of it.

This is awesome I was let go back in April as the top sales rep in our area and I have to say I do not miss it at all. I have to say a pay cut in your life will not ki-l you but get you into a possible better job or company and if not you keep looking. The local district manager has held info back as the new incentives was not what was told and guys doing 105% might do $4k extra a year when previous years I was doing more like $13k. The old stores i worked are so over it and could care less for Mondelez products to even be on the shelves. Get out don't buy the product and hurt the company's pocket at the same time and keep the numbers from a sale they are planning to do.
