Never, ever,ever underestimate the capabilities of our LT (in this case to make life more miserable).
Well let us what else changes with benefits and raises. The outsourcing to India and other low costs. I am just waiting for a 3 or 2 per cent discount rate. Lump sumers this is important to pay out. It has constantly gotten worse every year here. The one thing that I cant stand is the employees and workplace. They are pure evil and toxic. Even if you block it out it will affect you. It is like working around toxins and poisons eventually you will be systemically poisoned. The chemicals I work with stink and permeate my clothes and skin. So not only are the people toxic the labs are as well. My countdown is on. I have looked at other positions in exxon but they are just as bad if not worse. I will retire then try my old company out. If I don t like it I can just stay home or volunteer.
Ohhhh yeah dude. Darren and Kathy's abilities to sc--w up are limitless. Just wait and see all he-l break loose at ExxonMobil in 2025. The good thing is that I won't be here. I have another job. I'm leaving soon. Good luck to y'all. I'm out of this sh-tshow. And don't forget to dump your shares of XOM. This corporation's done.
