If you were laid off before your 3 year anniversary, do you get any of the 401k match?

Short Answer: No
Long Answer: If your 3 year Anniversary ocuurs during your notice period, you will get the match.
if you were hired after 2021, it takes 3 years to vest.
Since it’s only one year to vest, yes, you should get it all, so long as YOU contributed your 6%. This is easily found in your employee handbook.
