How have you spent your vacation? I’ve been applying for jobs and upskilling. Just applied for another job. If you are in your 40’s or younger you need to be doing this! How many people 50 or older do you know who are happy? I don’t know a single one except for the VP level people. Even low level executives aren’t happy. Don’t become what you can avoid. Make a plan and then execute the plan.

Clinton site employee here. I need to stay as long as I can to affect my pension. My problem is there’s absolutely zero engagement by the business anymore. I worry that the lol an activity will ruin my ability to handle a real job someday…
I am over 50 and I am super happy. But that is because I have a week left before retirement.
Post hits hard. I can’t think of a single person over 50 who isn’t miserable. Has been this way for years and is only getting worse.
