Thread regarding Ford layoffs

My question is how can we return to the office when our service center has closed?

Example Colorado is close and now the Omaha Service center is closed.

FordLand will become a profit center!

Will enter into long term contracts with FMC then will sell building to investment groups that see high occupancy rates as low risk. Then will lay off employees and get a double bounce in return.

Better bet is to mint some crypto currency... I wonder if Bill or Jim have any pets?

You’re not going to return to the office. You will be laid off. Look for another job now. It’s easier to get hired while you still have a job.

For anyone thinking they are off the hook returning to a Ford office because they mistakenly think Ford does not have enough office space. You are sorely mistaken sheep. Ford is going to surprise all you folks by having tents set up in Ford parking lots that you folks will be told to report to work in. There will be plenty of porta potties to use too. Not sure if Ford will spurge on space heaters though but never fear there is always long-johns to wear.

That shouldn’t be something we need to worry about.

Our focus should be on ensuring we are mentally prepared to return to any physical Ford facility if requested by management.

You will need to move to an area that has a major Ford facility. Dearborn for example.
