I can't wait.
AI will be able to do a better job in a small fraction of the time. No need to wait for these techs to scratch their heads in confusion.
If you can be replaced by AI, then it's time to pick up some new skills and find something else.

Realistically it will be a small elite group of techies that leverage AI and figure out how to automate most of these other roles.
Well if TK is responsible for AI here, there is no worry. Your jobs are safe.
I don't think AI will replace all tech jobs, but it will reduct them. I am a recently retired senior/principal cloud/software/k8s architect. I was able to triple my productivity using AI for things I used to have mid/junior guys do. But, a sr architect is needed to create a vision/direction, pull it all together and confirm it's what was needed; at least for now. But, if it replaces junior people, where will tomorrow's senior people come from?
The easiest jobs to replace are the ones that require the least detailed knowledge, that would be starting at the top and working your way down. AI could easily attend a bunch of meetings and read financial information to investors on a quarterly call.
It would avoid saying "umm" and "uhh", and eloquently answer questions posed to it, unlike our current CEO.
Ironically OP's job will probably be the first to go lol. There is almost nothing safe from AI. The only question is when. It's very expensive and the use cases are still being discovered.
People that make these broad generalizations don’’t really understand how artificial intelligence works.
Crazy that some people can't see themselves replaced. AI will definitely take tech jobs.
@aj+1jgp57y7z, Good luck! A friend of mine is taking a social media content management course and planning to get a side job too.
I plan to quit WF soon. I'm working on a degree in social media as an influencer. I intend to video myself eating at fast food places so that other influencers will watch my videos and generate ad revenue. Will post an update once I hit $1M in revenue.
Amazing ignorant view and understanding on how tech works.
Again, no, AI would be based on logic and as WF has proven lately - there's no logic here.
Must be from the business talking out of your a-s like that
