I was looking into policies around displacement and getting let go knowing my time is coming. It says the Displacement Policy, which linked in many other policies, was rescinded 11/25/2024. I was hoping to find out if the 2 weeks per year was still true and understand 401k match.

Section F of the benefits book only references that there is a severance plan, it does not state what it is. The severance plan has been in the Employee Handbook in years past, and to the original post's point, it now says it's been rescinded. If anyone can provide exactly where the severance plan details currently can be found, that would be helpful.
I have no idea if the plan will ever change, all I know for sure is that I'm not leaving without my severance. F Shart.
If you were hired under 2 wks per year and the layoff is part of the same downsizing program, I'd think you would have a decent legal case for why you should be paid the same as those let go before you.
See Section F of the Benefits book. Currently it is the same as previous years. I cannot confirm when an update will be made.
Nothing changed from last year, relax.
No, it’s 1 week for every two years.
It’s 1 week per year of service in 2025.
