I have a few names in FHO who should be cut first.
I expect that FHO will eventually go like other teams who have built up offshore staff and ended up with pretty much all the state side engineers being laid off.
For our team in WIM, anyone with a “does not meets” or with two consecutive “inconsistently meets” are getting the ax on at the end of March.
For our team that works out to be around 10% with a forced distribution.

Just stop, OP. No need for hyperbole. 2025 will be much like 2023 and 2024, which is to say that they will downsize about 10-12k domestic employees and introduce even more corporate BS. Rinse and repeat, year after year, until we're all gone.
