It seemed promising at first glance but that's where it stopped as well. As soon as I started working I regretted it. Insane hours, laughable pay, and an environment that drains the life out of you. It's my second job and all I got from here is a nice resume boost. That's it.

Honeywell is the easiest place to work. It takes no real skill but some clever get along, go along attitude. You will live a decent life without much joy
Yes it is! Honeywell is an amazing company. You must have vision and creative thinking skills. If you think you are a cog in a machine then you are. If you think you are a unique black lotus flower worth more than the magic card then you are.
Fulfill your role. Be respectful and committed. You will reap rewards.

Can understand all comments but “laughable pay??”. You accepted the offer isnt it when you joined ?
At least you’re figuring it out early. Work 12 hours (min) a day in the office and go home to work some more (by then, your friends in India are ready to continue their all-nighter and are raring to go). At least there’s Accelerator and Think Big Thursdays (if you need countless useless how-to vids and if you want to be boxed into what you can think about).
