DNA consultants were just told to change our email signatures and documentation. It feels like a cover up of the layoff wrecking ball of the last two weeks.

The title seemed pretty clear:
Anything “Account Processing” is now “Bank Solutions”
Actually it says “Account Processing is greater than Bank Solutions” so maybe you don’t really understand either
Account Processing > Bank Solutions

Change to what and change documentation how? This post does not provide any detail or information to make it seem legit.
No reason for the change was given in the email notification.
… If you’re on or considering a Fiserv core, look elsewhere. I work with post conversion clients and every single one this year has complained about the poor response to service requests - not just slow, but bad information given.
It’s only going to get worse now.
Did they say why you needed to do so,? Also, do you recommend FIs switch out their cores to another core solution?
