Anyone know if raise/bonus pools are up, down or flat? There’s been no office talk which is weird.

What are the normal percentage for bonus for meets expectations and exceeds expectations?
I usually get 1.8-2.2% - I my raise doesn’t keep up w/ inflation

Bonuses paid end of January. Raises effective March 1. This I know for sure.
Has anyone heard if they are being paid in January again this year?
Bonus pool same as last year...around 1% raises if not promoted is the rumour I heard which is down on last year
Flat....small reduction in my pool.
