If you don't need to sign out of the building with badge, then sign in and leave after a few hours. Who says you have to stay in the building for 8 hours?

this smells of a layoff.com post inserted to attract engagement. Hmmmm?
There have been a multiple rounds of firing for those badging and leaving before 2 hours in office. The minimum is 6 hours and their is monitor and reporting from the WiFi routers on every single floor in all for of the Dallas buildings.
Good way to get fired. They are tracking your lan and looking for any reason to terminate people.
RTO 5x8, get it straight, don’t be late, move to your state, before the date, find a bunkmate, find a good rate, ship furniture by freight, say goodbye to your mate, lets not debate, you know its your fate, so don’t you hate, just do the DEI skate, become dead weight, sit in the office and aggravate.

YOLO. I mean, do it if no would notice. I know sales managers who are VERY loosely enforcing if at all. Some of us have been doing whatever we want and will continue to do so while you lemmings work 5X8's.
My wife told me I have to stay for 8 hrs. She doesn’t want to live under a bridge after I get fired for failure to follow.
You don’t necessarily “have” to do anything.
Just be aware they are monitoring your total time connected to LAN while in the office.
Oh gosh, you all are correct. I don't work for this company and forgot about the LAN tracking. Ok, I admit I deserve the "dummy" comment. LOL!!!
This is what they call coffee badging. Where have you been dummy? Thats why they be checking LAN pings yah ding do-g.
Wow, you can't really be an employee?
The LAN tracking says so.
Terrible advice.
Are you serious? This has been mentioned multiple times. They are actively tracking your network presence and I know of at least four employees in my greater group who were reprimanded for short stays
