Stop working more than 40 hours a week........
I am looking as well but I don't qork more than 40. Laptop and cell stay in my office when I leave for the day.

He does nail it. He is correct as I do plan on quitting soon due to all the hours I have to work (70, 80, 100+hr weeks often), low pay, RTO, tracking and the absolute lack of concern for the heath and wellbeing of people. We work like dogs, get no credit for it, no connection awards, nothing. All while our boss gets all the praise.
